What does it cost?
There are no hidden charges or costs we provide a free service fully inclusive of Supply, Installation, Stocking and Maintenance.

Do we have to sign a contract?
DensVend takes pride in delivering a high level of service to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with our service you are under no obligation to keep the machine.

Can we choose the type of vending machine?
Yes, DensVend has a variety of modern vending machines to choose from. Of course staff numbers, space available and the type of drinks / snacks you want will be taken into consideration when selecting the perfect vending machine for your workplace.

Do we get to choose the products?
Yes, we welcome your input. DensVend provides suggestions on product selection and regularly reviews the product offering in accordance with our customer’s requests.

How often is the machine re-stocked?
All our machines are re stocked at least once a week.
We take care of all the restocking, rotation of products, service, the cleanliness and presentation of the vending machine.

Will the product prices increase?
Our product prices will only increase if our suppliers increase their prices.

What about insurance?
DensVend is fully insured and has public liability insurance.

Do you provide service and maintenance?
Yes, we ensure a prompt and reliable service at all times. DensVend endeavours to respond to any service or vending issue on the same day the call is received.
As owner operators we personally ensure all restocking and servicing requirements are fulfilled.
If a machine does not vend we refund the purchase price or the selected product to the customer.

What about Commissions/Rebates?
Commissions/Rebates do apply, however will vary from one workplace to the next due to volume of sales and pricing.
